Lower Withers
II
Farmhouse. Early C19, with C20 alterations. Brick with sandstone rubble
plinth and hipped Welsh slate roof. Rectangular plan with end stacks, three
storeys with dentilled eaves cornice. Three glazing bar sash windows, 8-pane
to second floor and 16-pane windows to ground and first floors. Central
entrance with simple lean-to porch, semi-circular headed recessed doorway
with panelled reveals, decorative fanlight and six-panelled door.
