Outbuilding, converted to four houses. Probably early C18, converted late
C20. Timber-framed with rendered infill on rubble base, partly rendered
with machine-tiled roof. Seven framed bays aligned east/west. Two storeys.
Framing: mainly three rows of panels from sill to wall-plate with short
straight braces in some upper corners. Collar and tie-beam truss with
struts and V-strut above collar exposed at east end. Windows are C20 case-
ments. North elevation: there are fourteen 2-light windows and two single-
light windows on the ground floor and fourteen 2-light windows on the first
floor. One partly-glazed C20 door. The building is prominently situated
at the south end of the village. Included for group value.
