House. C17, with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed with rendered infill on rubble plinth and painted brick refacing and replacement walling; plain tiled roof Two framed bays aligned east/west; external rendered rubble chimney at west end with tiled offsets and detached brick stack. Single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners, collar and tie-beam trusses with four struts beneath collar and V-strut above. South front elevation: two ground floor 2-light casements, one is C19, the other is C20. Central entrance with gabled brick porch and ledged and battened door. Attic lights. Two C20 gabled dormers at rear and C20 lean-to addition.
