House. C17 with mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed with brick infill on
brick base with plain tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned roughly east/west;
external chimney with tiled offsets and detached brick stack situated at
east end. Single storey and attic with dormer. Framing: three rows of panels
from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam trusses with two struts beneath
collar and V-strut above at gable ends. North front elevation: there are two
2-light ground floor casements beneath plank weatherings. Attic lights at
gable ends. Main entrance in rear south elevation and has a ledged and battened
door. Also raking-top dormer with 2-light casement in south elevation. Lean-to
outshut situated at west end.
