House and adjoining outbuilding. C17, altered mid-C19 and mid-C20.
Timber-framed with painted brick infill on rubble base with brick replacement
walling and corrugated iron roof. Two framed bays aligned roughly north/south,
external brick chimney with tiled offsets at south end. Single storey and
attic with dormers. Framing: three rows of square panels from sill to wall-
plate, long straight braces across lower corners. No trusses visible externally,
West front elevation: two ground floor C19 casements of two lights. Two raking-
top C20 dormers with 2-light casements. Partly-glazed C20 door in north bay.
There is a single-storey service wing at the south end. The outbuilding is
situated at the north end. Timber-framed with rendered infill, partly weather-
boarded with corrugated iron roof. One framed bay. Probably two levels.
Framing: two rows of square panels. No end roof truss visible. Ledged and
battened door in west elevation.
