House. C17, altered mid- to late C20. Timber-framed with painted brick infil1 on rubble base and plain tiled roof T-plan; main range of three framed bays aligned north-east/south-west with single-bay wing at centre of north-west side. Single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam trusses with struts and V-struts above the collar. South-east front elevation: windows are mainly C20 casements. There are two 3-1ight windows and a square window on the ground floor, two gabled dormers, one with a 3-light window, the other with two 2-light windows and two doorways; the main doorway to the left is half-glazed and has a plank weathering, the doorway to the right has a ledged and battened door. External C19 brick stack to right of centre. Lean-to outshut at south-west end.
