Farmhouse. Late C18, altered early C19, late C19 and mid-C20. Painted
brick, shallow-pitched hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and rear
brick stacks. Three storeys. Three bays; left bay is of greater width
and slightly recessed. Windows have gauged flat heads and ashlar sills.
The outer bays have 16-pane sashes on the ground and first floors and second
floor has 8-pane sashes. There is a first floor 12-pane sash and a second
floor 6-pane sash in the central bay. Central entrance has a flat-roofed
timber porch with trellis infill, a six-panelled door and a transom light.
Extensive later additions at rear.
