House. Late C17 with mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick
and rendered infill and concrete -tiled roof raised to front. Two framed bays
aligned roughly east/west; external brick chimney with tiled offsets at west
end and also truncated external brick chimney at east end. Two storeys.
Framing: three and four panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam
trusses with struts. South front elevation: two ground floor and first floor
2-light C20 casements. Central entrance has a half-glazed C20 door. (A porch
was under construction at time of survey May 1987). Brick wing to rear right
and also C20 lean-to outshut to rear left.
