GV II

House. C17 with mid-C19 alterations and late C20 additions. Timber-framed
with rendered infill on rubble base and plain tiled roof. Two framed bays
aligned roughly east/west; external brick chimney with offsets situated at
east end. Single storey and attic with dormer. Framing: three panels from
sill to wall-plate, some short straight upper corner braces, collar and tie-
beam trusses with struts. North front elevation: there are three 2-light C19
ground floor casements and a C20 raking-top dormer with a 2-light casement.
Attic light at west end. Lean to outshut to front of chimney at east end.
Large C20 wing to rear right with present main entrance at gable end.
