Founded by Phineas Jackson, Vicar in 1656. There are seven dwellings forming three sides of a square, which is almost closed by outbuildings on the south side. Two storeys. Rubble walls with tiled roof. The entrance on the north side has four-centred head and chamfered jambs. The passageway shows timber framing. On the north side there are three and in the east side two sets of twin casement windows, small, with pointed heads. Inside has ceiling beams and king post.
