C18. Plain red brick house of 3 storeys and cellar. Hipped slate roof
with parapet and moulded cornice. 4 sash windows. Door has attached Doric
columns, frieze and dentils and tabled pediment. Flanking bay windows,
that on right has cast iron arches and supports. Inside is a room with
Adam style reeded frieze, a c18 staircase and a window with C18 glazing
bars.
Nos 2 to 12 (even) form a group with Nos 16 to 23 (consec) Broad Street.
