C18. 3 storeyed stucco house with slate roof. 1 old sash window. Flanking
bays on ground floor with 5 by 4 panes plus 1 turning in to door. Door
has reeded pilasters, entablature blocks and fascia with guttae. Included
for group value.

Nos 2 to 12 (even) form a group with Nos 16 to 23 (consec) Broad Street.
