Dovecote South of
Cowarne Court

SO 64 NW 17/273 9.4.52.

Probably medieval. Round building of rubble with conical roof of tiles
and stone slates. C17 or C18 wooden lover. Inside lined with stone nests
and originally had domed stone roof. RCHM volume II, page 59, plate 36.
