Nos 1 and 2 Greenstreet


Pair of lodge cottages to Pull Court estate, circa 1840 by Edward Blore. Blue lias
stone with Bath stone dressings and plain tile roof. Jacobean style. One storey and
attic. T plan. Front range has cluster of 4 stone ridge stacks and 2 East end
stacks. Projecting central section, coped shaped gable with ogee finial. Similar
treatment to East and West ends. Moulded stone eaves. In centre stone 3-sided bay
window with 2-light mullion window with hood-mould above. To right, in angle, a stone
porch with shaped gable and a 2-light window. To left a single light window. Rear
wing is similar with North end paired stack, a shaped gabled dormer and stone shaped
gabled porch and 2-light window to West side. A modern wing to rear East side.
