3/4 Barn adjoining west wing
of Alfrick Court to rear

Barn. c1750. Part timber-framed with brick infill, part brick, on brick
plinth with tiled roof. 6 bays; 2 wagon bays with storage bays either
side; C19 brick outshut to left bay of farmyard elevation. Brick gable
end walls without wall posts; door to left wagon bay of road elevation
blocked with brick matching original. Interior has central brick
partition and roof-timbers with raking struts and trenched purlins.
