SO 75 NW LULSLEY CP BLACK'S WELL

Cottage. c1700. Timber-framed with brick infill; tiled roof.
2 structural bays with large external stack and outshut to north-
west gable end. Single storey and attic with dormers; 2 ground floor
windows and 2 gabled dormers, all with metal casements; planked door to
right bey. Rear elevation has 2 ground floor metal casements. External
chimney has coursed sandstone base with tiled offsets, brick stack and
outshut, adjoining to rear, probably incorporating bread oven.
