Former hop kilns, now workshop and dwelling. c1870, restored and converted in late C20. Part rubble stone, part brick with stone dressings, rendered upper floor of corner kilns; two-span tiled roof to main block, two kilns to south west elevation have new, shallow pitched tiled roofs, three corner kilns have bituminised brick roofs and one has a fibreglass copy; all four corner kilns have plastic cowls. Central rectangular block with a circular kiln at each corner and two to the south west elevation. Three storeys, casements throughout; main north east elevation of 1:5:1 bays, arched head ground and first floor windows to main black, central loading bay with double planked doors; main block outer bays have arched head doorways with planked doors and gabled hoist doors at second floor level. Interior no longer of special interest.
