SO 76 SW CLIFTON UPON TEME HOPE LANE (south side)

Formerly house, now part of village hall. C17 with C20 restoration and
extensions. Timber-frame with rendered infill on high rubble plinth,
plain tile roof, rubble end stack with detached brick shaft to right gable.
1 1/2 storeys with cellars, attic lit by 2 C20 gabled dormers. 2 C20 metal
casements on ground floor, central entrance approached by C20 flight of steps,
weathering over ground floor, cellar door to left. Framing: 3 structural
bays, rectangular framing, 3 panels high to wall-plate, with some C20 patch-
ing and repairs; left and right gables: roof truss with 3 queen struts and
V struts in apex. C20 extensions to left and rear not included.
