Cottage. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame with some painted
brick infill, and some rendered, rubble plinth, plain tile roof, brick stack.
Two room cottage, side stack on north wall within outshut, also outshut to
west. 1 1/2 storeys, attic lit by end window; aligned east-west, east gable:
2 windows on ground floor below plank weathering: C19 2-light casements out
through frame, entrance on right corner in C20 brick lean-to. Left return
front on Hope Lane: 2 C19 casements in 2 structural frame bays, part brick,
part timber, outshut to left. Framing: 4 square panels high to wall-plate;
roof: truss with 2 queen struts and V struts in apex; trenched purlins.
