SO 66 SE LOWER SAPEY -

Farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick, hipped plain tile roof, 2 brick end stacks.
2 rooms deep, square ridge plan. Garden front: 3 storeys; 3 bays, central
one breaks forward with triangular pediment and dentilled brick cornice and
eaves; windows: 20:16:20 pane sashes to first floor, 10:8:10 to second;
tripartite sash ground floor right, casement on left; all windows have
segmental heads. Central entrance has rusticated brick pilasters, semi-
circular fanlight with radial glazing bars, late C19 canopy over half-glazed
door. Contemporary 2 storey wing with hipped roof to right with C20 con-
servatory.
