SO 66 SE LOWER SAPEY -

1/50 Dovecote about 30 metres west
of Burton Court

GV II

Dovecote. Possibly C16. Coursed rubble, slated octagonal pyramidal roof
with iron ridges. Circular plan. Walls slightly battered, simple ledge
string, low entry to west. The present roof is secondary, the octagonal
wall-plate resting on fragments of an earlier circular one.
