GV II

Farmhouse. C17 with C19 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick and
wattle-and-daub infill on rubble plinth, plain tile roof, 2 end stacks (one
encased in left end bay) rubble with brick shaft, detached on right stack.
2 storeys on cellar, 4 + 1 structural bays, irregular fenestration, catslide
off centre right, wing to left with dairy at cellar level: rear: gabled pro-
jecting stair turret in angle with lower gabled wing; gabled centrepiece.
Framing: 4 square panels high to wall-plate with straight angle braces.
