2/57 Hill Farmhouse



Farmhouse. Early C18. Red brick, plain tiled roof of 2 parallel ranges;
brick end stacks with recessed panels. 2 1/2 storeys, 5 bays of windows, attics
lit by 3 gable dormers; windows: cross mullioned 2-light wooden casements.
Central entrance under flat canopy; 6 panelled door, upper 4 glazed.
Interior: central staircase has turned balusters and ramped hand rail.
Some square oak panelling survives in the left front room.
