Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill on brick plinth, plain tile roof, brick end stacks, stepped stack to left. One and a half storeys, single gabled dormer; three framed bays; two C19 casements with weathered heads flanking ledged door in left bay, right bay has C20 brick lean-to with large metal casement window, door in left wall.

Framing: three square panels high to wall-plate with straight tension brace to left.

Timber and rubble out-shut to rear wall.
