Cottage. C17 with C10 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame on concrete plinth
with wattle-and-daub infill, diamond shaped asbestos tile roof, large brick
and rubble stack to left with detached brick shaft and small sidelight to
oven. 1½ storeys, attic lit by C19 dormers with raking tops; 2 C19 casements
flank central C20 flat roofed porch; single storey C20 weatherboarded lean-to
shed to right end. Framing: 2 structural bays, 3 square panels high to wall-
plate; roof trusses have queen struts to collar.
