Cottage. Mid C19. Painted brick ground floor, timber-framed first floor
with painted brick and rendered infill, plain tile roof. 2-room plan,
gable end to road with large stack, C20 outshut across most of south side,
entrance within outshut, one window to each front of outshut, and one
window to each storey to right, C20 casements. 2 windows to each floor
of north elevation, C20 casements, C20 bargeboards. Framing: narrow
scantling, 2 square panels high. Included for group value only.
