Cottage. C17 with alterations dated 1982. Timber-frame with painted brick infill, plain tile roof, brick end stacks with detached shafts, oven to right. One and a half storeys, two C20 gabled dormers; four C20 casements in three framed bays, off centre left a blocked entrance with flattened ogee doorhead, entrance in left return front.
Framing: three square panels high with straight angle braces; right gable truss; queen struts to collar with V-struts in apex. Single brick addition to rear of 1982.
