House. Early C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber frame with lath and plaster infill on ashlar basement, plain tile roof, large lateral ashlar stack with brick shaft and single storey brick lean-to against it to left. Front gabled, three storeys, two of timber framing; a C19 casement on each floor, that on the second floor retaining C17 ovolo mullions; ground floor casement in chamfered surround off centre left; entrance roughly central with C19 segmental corrugated iron canopy.

Framing: two structural bays, six square panels high to wall-plate; truss: two collars with multiple queen struts and curved raking struts in apex, purlins renewed.

Interior: stone jambs to second floor fireplace with moulded edge to mantel shelf.
