SO 85 NW GRIMLEY CP MOSELEY

House. C17 with mid-C20 additions. Timber-framed, rendered infill,
thatched roof and external end rendered brick stack with offsets. Two
framed bays; 2 storeys. Framing of square panels, 4 from sill to wall-
plate; gable ends have exposed tie-beam trusses with 2 struts to collar.
Front elevation: 3 ground and 3 first floor casements, entrance in left
bay with thatched timber porch, part-glazed door and side lights.
Interior Intermediate queen strut truss, single, trenched purlins, main beams
are stop-chamfered. C20 outshut to left elevations, also a flat-roofed
rear extension.
