Cottage. C17, mid C20 alterations and extensions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, brick replacement walling and refacing, tiled roof, large external brick chimney with detached stack at right gable end and also to rear central bay. Three framed bays. Single storey and attic with dormers. Mainly square panels, three from sill to wall-plate; queen strut truss partly visible at both gable ends.

Front elevation: irregular fenestration, three ground floor casements with plank weatherings, three flat roofed casement dormers, entrance to right of central bay has flat canopy on cast iron supports and trellis infill, door has raised and fielded panels.

Interior not inspected.

C20 extensions to rear.
