Pair of estate cottages, now house. Mid-C19, altered and extended mid-C20.
Brick with stone dressings; tiled roof banded with fishscale tiles, chamfered
bargeboards, moulded finials, decorative ridge tiles and central brick ridge
stack with oversailing cap courses. Two storeys; at first floor level is
course of alternate blue and red headers between 2 courses of blue bricks.
Symmetrical plan of rear main range parallel to road having 2 gabled single
celled wings projecting from centre. Metal lattice-work casements throughout.
Front elevation: wing gable ends have a ground and first floor window and
blind loophole in gable; main range to left and right has a pointed arched
doorway and first floor window; planked door to left side; C20 timber-framed,
gabled porch on right side, parallel to main ridge with matching tiles and
bargeboards and part-glazed door. Interior not inspected. C20 single storey
extension to rear right. Formerly part of Dudley estate.
