Detached kitchen and dairy. C17 with C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, brick replacement walling, half-hipped, tiled roof, rebuilt brick stack to east roof pitch. Two framed bays; single storey and attic.

Framing: square panels, three from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners, queen strut trusses in gable ends.

East elevation: two ground floor windows; small, gabled brick extension to right bay with planked door. Outshut to left beneath chimney with bread oven. Attic lights in gable ends.

Interior: roof has intermediate queen strut truss and trenched purlins.

Bay at north end housed former dairy. C20 extension to west elevation joins building to farmhouse (qv).
