Late C15. 2 storeys. Tiled roof with gable ends. Timber framed with vide plaster-
filled panels, faced with brick on the ground floor with fascia and cornice over.
Ground floor smalll modern casements and door. 1st floor mullion/transom casement.
At rear facing Church Street C18 painted brick segmental headed vintovs. RCHM

The Town Council Offices, No 3, Public Lavatories, Hawkes and Terry, Prince of Terry Prince of
wales Inn, the Old Grammar School and Rutherglen form a group.
