Late C16 timber-framed (stucco removed), plastered panels, 2 gables. 3 storeys.
2 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor large modern shop front with
high fascia. Tiled roof with gabled ends. 2 gables at rear with ornamental bargeboards
and close-set studding. Rear wing with exposed timber framing, containing some
late C16 panelling and an early C18 staircase with turned balusters. RCHM (14).

Market House with all the listed buildings on the east side of High Street form
a good group.
