1 building. C17 timber framed refronted late C18 when addition was made at the
back. No 3, 3 storeys, red brick, the west front is convex, with moulded stone
cornice with brick dentils, Victorian parapet with pediment with supporting brackets.
3 widely spaced sash windows with glazing bars with flat arches with keyblocks.
Pilastered right corner of front. Large Victorian shop front with cornice. Right
hand return facing High Street a Victorian attempt at matching front, red brick
pilastered, parapet and cornice. To the right also facing High Street is No 1
C18 red brick front, tiled hipped roof, 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows, 1st floor
2-light wood mullion/transom windows with segmental brick arches, 2 large gabled
attic dormers, large early C19 shop front with fascia and pilasters, right hand
return facing Church Street has eaves continuous with No 1 Church Street.

Nos 1 to 21 (odd) form a group with Nos 1 to 5 (consec) Church Street.
