C17. 2 gables on road front, 1 timber-framed, the other C18 painted brick. Fairly
wide brick filled panels, colourwashed, on timber frame part. 2 storeys, 1st
floor two 2-light casement windows. Ground floor early C19 wide canted bay with
glazing bars and wide cornice carried on shaped brackets over wide double flush
panel doors in moulded doorcase. RCHM(89).
No 12, Old Talbot Inn, Vine House, Nos 18 to 24 (even), barn at rear of No 24,
No 26, Glenmoir, Linden House and Alviston House form a group.
