Early C19. Stuccoed. 2 storeys. 4 windows, 1 blind. 12-pane sashes. Door with
rectangular fanlight. Double flush-panelled doors to carriageway with elliptical
arch. Band on 1st floor level. Paired eaves brackets to slate hipped roof.

No 12, Old Talbot Inn, Vine House, Nos 18 to 24 (even), barn at rear of No 24,
No 26, Glenmoir, Linden House and Alviston House form a group.
