Early C19. Stucco. Slate hipped roof with wide eaves. 2 storeys. 4 windows.
Casements with horizontal glazing bars, mouldings over. Ground floor French windows.
Hipped slate roof porch with glazed sides. Adjoins Ankerdine House.

The Cottage, St Michael's, Ankerdine House,Rutland Lodge and South Parade House
with gate piers north west form a group.
