Formerly the Institution. 1836. Red brick. Hipped slate roof. Brick with wide
2 storeys. 3:4:3 windows. Centre breaks forward and has a pediment with wide
eaves on paired brackets. Stone band between floors. Panel in pediment bearing
date. Small rushes with glazing bars, flat brick arches. 2 doorways in centre
projection with projecting brick surrounds with stone band above on brick dentils,
wide modern steps.
