Circa 1830. Two storeys, stuccoed, with hipped slate roof, wide eaves. Three
windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, moulded architraves. Central round-headed
doorway with modern door, arched fanlight. Plinth. Portico with flat entablature
on 2 fluted Doric columns. Ground floor rusticated, plain band between storeys,
thin cornice hoods to ground floor windows.
