1867-6 by Charles F Hansom of Clifton, who designed the College building.
A pair of identical houses. Three storeys and attics in red brick with paler
brick to the tops of the gables. Tile roof. Stone dressings. Left-hand portion
has half-hipped roof to gable. One window over 3 on 3 storeys, arched heads
to 1st floor reveals. Doorway breaks forward in centre set-back section, with
carved parapet. To the right, an oriel at roof level above 2 windows above
3 windows, arched heads to reveals with ornamental voussoirs, string between
ground and 1st floor. Gable to the right has a 2-light window above a 3-light
window with an arched reveal with ornamental voussoirs, the ground floor having
a canted bay with a pierced parapet. Strings between storeys. A tower to the
side and 3 gabled dormers.
