1901, architect C.F.A Voysey. Two storeys. Roughcast walls with stone dressings, hipped slate roof, roughcast chimney. First floor has three mullion windows of two-four-two lights, leaded glazing bars. Ground floor has windows of two-five-two lights, shaped cornices. Doorway with four-centred arched head.
