3/42 Lower Malt Barn

Small house. Early C17 with later and C20 alterations. Timber-framed,
painted brick infill, brick lower extension and C20 brick outshut at rear;
C20 tiled roof. 4 bays with right gable external stack removed, second
stack left of centre, entrance in right end bay slightly displaced from
former position. Front elevation single storey with attic, C20 fenestration
with 3 windows and 3 dormers. Framing: almost complete, 3 panels from sill
to wall-plate with short diagonal braces to post-head, V-struts in right
end gable; timber weathering over windows.
