House. C18 with later alterations. Red brick, hipped slate roof with
oversailing eaves. Central entrance and staircase, single range with
later extentions at rear, 2 main stacks towards each end. South elevation;
3 storeys with string course at first floor; 3 window spaces, blocked or
blind windows on first and second floor outer bays; C19 casement on second
floor with sash below in centre bay, 2 sashes on ground floor. Traces of
original window openings in brickwork formerly a 5-bay front. Central
doorway with sidelights has fluted Doric pilasters, reeded brackets with
multiple guttae supporting mutule cornice; renewed partly glazed door with
overlight.
