4/45 Burf Cottage

House. Late C18. Painted brick with unusual bonding, hipped tiled roof.
2 rooms deep, central stack and staircase. 2 storeys and cellar, dentilled
eaves cornice. 3 bays with 12-pane box frame sash windows set flush to
facade, stone sills; central doorway has open pediment with modillions,
supported on plain pilasters; C20 partly glazed door. Both returns have
one blind bay and later inserted windows to second bay. Brick stable block
at rear now dwelling.
