House. Early-mid C19. Red brick, tiled roof. L-shaped plan. 3 storeys.
Dentilled eaves cornice; wide front to road supported on high retaining
wall. 3 bays with blind central bay; flush framed 16-pane sashes with
cambered arches to ground and first floor, reduced 8-pane sashes to second
floor; 1 range of similar windows to right gable end, central entrance with
wooden bracketed open pediment. Plain doorway in retaining wall below house.
Casement at rear. Left return overlooking school without windows.
