Farmhouse. Late C18 refronting of C17 building. Red brick facade with
dressed, coursed red sandstone to rear wing and part of side elevations of
main house; tiled roof. Modified L-shaped plan. 2 storeys dentilled eaves
cornice and 3 bays with aluminium glazing bar windows, timber lintels first
floor. Central recessed doorway with panelled reveals and wooden open
pedimented doorcase supported on simple Tuscan pilasters; traceried over-
light; 6-panelled door. Lean-to to left and set back lower 2-storey wing
behind it. The south elevation of the rear wing bears the trace of a stone
mullioned window and hood mould; stone steps down to basement below rear wing.
