Small house, formerly 2 houses. C17 and later. Timber-framed with
some painted brick and lath and plaster infill, C20 asbestos roof and
tiled outshut at rear. 2 and 3 bays with 1 central stack and rebuilt
external stack to left gable; 2 entrances roughly central to each house.
Single storey and attic; 2 dormers, 4 windows on ground floor; 2 small
curved brick buttresses to left of second entrance. Framing: 2 + 3 panels
from sill to wall-plate, large brace in central bay from sill to central
post. V-struts in right end gable. Interior: right hand house has some
unaltered late Victorian features including a range.
