Former gardeners' houses to Whitley Court(qv)now divided into two.Villa Fiore to the east and the Garden House to the west.Mid C19.Rendered red brick,hipped low pitched
slate roofs.Italianate garden villa with long straight range aligned east-west,attached to east.Two storeys,string course,bracketed cornice,symmetrical garden villa with forward gabled central break,keyed semi-circular arched windows with bracketed sills arranged two:two:three:two:two to first floor,three to outer bays and to central canted bay on ground floor,entrance to left of centre,recessed partly glazed door and plain fanlight.Decorative shafts to chimneys.Slightly lower straight range,two storeys,string course,bracketed cornice and pilasters to first floor,thirteen bays,similar semi-circular arched windows to first floor,larger windows with cambered heads to ground floor with two-light semi-circular headed casements.Present doorway in penultimate eastern bay.
