Former pair of Estate cottages, now house. Mid C19, altered C20. Red
brick, stone dressings, tiled roofs. Tudor-Gothic and Swiss Chalet style.
Centre -block with lower set back porch blocks, central stack. Single
storey with attic, 1:2:1 arrangement with outer doorways (left hand now a
window); 2 gabled dormers to centre block, 2-light casements with lattice
glazing throughout; square headed hoodmoulds (lower right of centre block
now French casement), stable door to right has shouldered lintel and -
gabled canopy; decorative barge boards and finials; roof has bands of
fishscale tiles and decorative ridge tiles, diagonal plan shafts to stack.
